Adam “Pacman” JonesThe video shows the Bengals’ former star ex-NFL player getting angry with the flight attendants before being kicked off his flight. But the Bengals believe the footage proves that he didn’t do anything wrong.
Jones, 39, was on his way to New Jersey early in the morning to watch the New York Jets play the Buffalo Bills when he requested to switch seats because of a malfunctioning electric outlet.
Pacman can be heard arguing back and forth about technical issues with flight attendants. At one point they tell him that his actions will result in the aircraft being returned to the gate.
Pacman defends his actions throughout the argument with an attendant. He says he simply wanted to find a better seat. Pacman, according to our sources, wanted to recharge his iPad to review the notes he had taken for the matchup that he would be covering later on Monday Night Football.
Pacman, as the plane returned to the gate and was about to land, began a rant. He yelled at angry passengers for the delays.
Jones refers to several travellers as “crackers” Asking why no-one has backed him and bragging of his wealth.
As soon as the plane returned to the airport, Northern Kentucky International Airport Police officers met Jones and took him into custody.
Jones Booking for Disorderly ConductThe charges against him are untrue.
“I did not threaten anyone,” Pacman speaks to TMZ Sports. “I was not drunk. And, as the video clearly shows, I was the one who was mistreated.”
According to our sources, Pacman is upset with the treatment he received and the manner in which things were handled. He insists that he never lost his cool before the flight attendants threatened a ejection.
