Kourtney, 43 years old, shared her morning routine in an Instagram story.
The Kardashians star admitted she has been hitting the gym at Donamatix Training.
The Hulu star mentioned her last workout routine was “almost a year” Since “her last IVF (In vitro fertilization)” treatment.
Kourtney wore a Harley Davidson sweatshirt and threw jabs at the punching bags.
Also, she admitted that her energy is a source of great joy. “finally back.”
THE ENERGY STRUGLES
Recently, Kourtney shared a snapshot from her workout session.
She acknowledged that she had trouble with energy, and explained it was because of her IVF treatments.
She also stated that IVF had been stopped several months prior to her reality show.
Kourtney wrote the caption for this post: “Finally starting to get my energy back after stopping IVF.

She also added smiley emojis to her post and posted a time stamp of her workout.
THEIR IVF JOURNEY
Kourtney and Travis, 46, have been candid about their struggle to conceive on their reality show.
The Poosh founder has three children with her ex Scott Disick: Mason, 13; Penelope, 10; and Reign, eight.
After getting married in May 2022, the TV personality became the stepmother to her husband’s children: Alabama, 17, and Landon, 19 – he shares both teenagers with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
The couple tried using in vitro fertilization but did not conceive during their first round.
Back in March 2022, the Lemme founder shared a heartbreaking status on her fertility hopes.
Kourtney confessed during her confessional” “Travis and I are looking for a baby. My doctor recommended IVF.
“Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.”
She ranted to her mother, Kris Jenner, 67, about how: “every single person on social media is always like ‘Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s gained so much weight.'”
Kourtney continued: “It’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re actually going through.
“The medication they’re giving me, they put me into menopause. … Literally into menopause.”
Kris pointed out the following: “Based off of what, a drug?”
Her daughter replied, “Yes.”
‘STILL TRYING’
