WWE’s Sunny Arrested in DUI Manslaughter. Large Prison Sentence Possible

Tammy Lynn Sytch, better known as the original WWE Diva Sunny is a well-known figure. been taken into custody in connection with the March 25 accidentAnother driver was also killed in Florida as a result. Sytch was taken into police custody in Daytona Beach. He will be processed at the Volusia County Branch Jail.

Sytch, a WWE Hall of Famer, is facing nine charges. This includes DUI manslaughter. It could lead to Sytch being locked in prison for decades. Sytch is also facing charges for driving while a suspended license and seven counts of DUI causing injury to a person or property. PWInsider estimates that Sytch could spend up to 30 years in prison on the most serious charges. There are also four years of minimum sentence and $10,000 in fines. Already listed at $200,000. The police had apparently waited for toxicology results from the former WWE star before proceeding with the arrest. The warrant was issued for the collection of blood samples from the ex-pro wrestling star after the accident.

Sytch was driving towards the vehicles, failing to stop and colliding with one of them directly. The other car was forced into Sytch’s back.

Sytch continues her trend of getting in trouble with law enforcement, even though she is currently in trouble. Sunny was detained five times in a single month in 2012 after violating a protection order with her ex-boyfriend. She was also arrested for 3rd-degree theft hours later.
