A Ventura man was charged with involvement in the shooting of a business that sent three people into the hospital.
Ventura Police Department on Tuesday night announced that Glandros Juni, 26, had been arrested in connection with the shooting. The Police Department stated that he was found in Thousand Oaks and taken into police custody without incident.
June was identified as the shooter suspect who opened fire on Monday evening at a Sherwin Avenue-based business.
Three people were shot by gunfire, one man and two women. Two of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries.
Ventura police claimed that detectives collected evidence on the spot of the shooting and served multiple search warrants. June was eventually identified as the shooter.
June was taken into Ventura County Jail and charged with three counts of attempted killing with a firearm. He is also facing an additional charge of being a prohibited person with a firearm.
Police said that June was being held on bail for assault with a deadly instrument and possession of an illegal firearm at the time of the shooting. The shooting took place the day after his 26th birthday, according to records.
At this point, the condition of the victims is not known.
