According to Down Detector (down detecting), the most frequent Spectrum problems reported are Landline Internet (51%), No Signal (28%) and Total Blackout (21%).

Internet service is the most frequently reported outage at the moment.

Some users complained of experiencing a prolonged outage for days. They called the situation “Stay-in-Paradise” “wild.”

“spectrum was told solar flares are cause too outages today and past days here in los angeles .wtf,”Another angry customer wrote.

“@Ask_Spectrum is there a wifi outage in the are of Paramount, CA and if so how long will it last?,”Ask another user.

“Hey @Ask_Spectrum internet seems down but your chat bot “Am I in an Outage?” device keeps crashing every time I go to ask it that. I’ll ask you…is internet down in Asheville it what’s up?,”Another angry user wrote.

Others complained that the outage was interfering in the Master’s tournament of golf which airs this weekend.
