“What a character he was,”She noted. “There was two sides to Colonel; Jerry and I witnessed both.”
The film may be called “The Film”. ElvisPriscilla shared with us that the heart of the book tells the story. “Elvis and Colonel Parker’s relationship,” which began back in 1955 when he first discovered the singer and became his manager.
“The story, as we all know, does not have a happy ending,”She explained. “But I think you will understand a little bit more of Elvis’ journey, penned by a director who put his heart and soul and many hours into this film.”
She didn’t stop at high praise. She also added: “It is a true story told brilliantly and creatively that only Baz, in his unique artistic way, could have delivered.”
We’ll just have the opportunity to experience it ourselves. Elvis Hits theaters Jun. 24.
