Los Angeles man accused in the murder of a woman. He blames suicide.

Los Angeles police have taken a man into custody for allegedly killing a woman, then calling 911 to report that she had committed suicide.

Alondra Flores (24 years old) was found dead by police officers in the Valley Glen area of San Fernando Valley.

Police responded to a 911 call reporting the victim had shot herself. But investigators found that her injuries were not consistent in self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

Detectives later identified the 911 caller as the suspect in the Flores’ death. The suspect was found by police and taken into custody at a nearby house. He’s been identified as Ryan Vintch, 24, of Los Angeles.

Vintch was taken to the Van Nuys Jail, where he is currently being held without bail as he awaits murder charges.
