A fitness fanatic revealed her most frequent question while on board a boat. And it is not as common as you would think.
Beverly Cheng is not like other athletes – she lives full-time on a boat.
It was a difficult life on the water. But she explained that many people asked her how she got there.

Beverly rises in the morning to get her exercise equipment ready before she takes a quick five minute dinghy ride on the water to go to shore.
It can sometimes take her a bit to find the perfect spot, but she explained that it is worth it. “We walk and we walk and we walk a little bit more until we get to our destination.”
Beverly adds a nautical touch to her workout by using sand-weighted kettlebells. She also does pull-ups and lunges.
This fitness expert is committed to maintaining her health and fitness, even though she lives on a sailing boat.
She stated: “It’s a bit of a time commitment but it’s totally worth it to stay on top of our health and fitness while travelling.”
