Drew McIntyre reacts to being attacked by a returning superstar on “WWE SmackDown”

WWE SmackDownThe show ended in a twist on Friday night, when two returning Superstars disrupted Drew McIntyre’s long-awaited confrontation with Roman Reigns. Reigns was chatting with his cousins Jimmy and Jey Uso about his exciting victory over Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. The champion was soon confronted by the Scottish wrestler. The challenger was defeated by Scarlett and Karrion Kross, who returned to the ring.

McIntyre, a former WWE Champion approached the ring and the scene turned into black-and white as Scarlett appeared in distant behind him. Kross then jumped McIntyre, and brutally slammed him. The No. 1 contender was repeatedly pushed into the steel steps of the ring. Scarlett then placed an hoursglass in front the Bloodline. Kross stated that he would like a shot at a Reigns. 

McIntyre took to Twitter to express his disgust at the brutal attack on Fox. McIntyre took the opportunity to express his surprise and poke fun at Kross. Kross was released by WWE in November 2021 following a failed run. WWE Raw. “Was I just jumped by the guy last seen wearing bondage and a helmet?” McIntyre tweeted. “I’ve had better Fridays…”

McIntyre’s jab was a reference Kross’ terrible characterization following his death Raw debut. He was required to wear a leather helmet and have straps cross his chest. The look was mocked by many pro-wrestling fans. Furthermore, Scarlett (a.k.a. Scarlett (a.k.a. Scarlett Bordeaux) was not to be found, as Kross lost key matches that were scrutinized because they were poorly booked.

Kross is back, and it seems that he’s dangerously back under Paul Levesque, new creative head. Most people know him as Triple H, the WWE Hall of Fame Hall of Famer. Clash at the CastleMatch, but there have been RumoursKross may be able to squeeze into the title picture because Reigns might start defending his championships in a separate manner.
