Vlahovic has been identified as a target

Every major European club in search of a striker is going to be looking for Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina.

Arsenal want to make a deal with Arsenal this month, as the 21-year-old has taken Serie A by storm.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was a former captain and is likely to be out of the way in six month’s time. Eddie Nketiah, Alexandre Lacazette, and Alexandre Lacazette have expired contracts.

Vlahovic would be the perfect forward to help Arsenal reach the top four this season, and to keep them there for years.

Worst January Additions

Each transfer is different. Some fail, and no team can get every one right. Doing business in January is difficult because incoming players don’t have the time or space to adjust and become comfortable in their new surroundings.

Arsenal have made many poor winter transfer signings in the past and will try to fix that this January, if they are able to sign any of their targets.

It is important to remember what went wrong and how to avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.
