Anaheim Police Department is looking for a U-Haul with an autistic man inside that was taken Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the U-Haul rented was taken on the 3100 block West Lincoln Avenue at 2:20 p.m.
According to the tenant, they told police that The vehicle was takenWhile a 63 year-old man was inside. According to the Police Department the man identified as James Blackwood had autism and was approximately four years old.
Blackwood measures 6’3″ and weighs in at 170lbs. Blackwood has blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a long-sleeved tunic and jeans.
The U-Haul stolen has been placed into the stolen vehicle system. Law enforcement is currently issuing a Silver Alert.
The U-Haul’s plate is listed as Police said AE23468Z
Anaheim Police Department leads the investigation. Anyone who saw Blackwood or the U-Haul stolen from them is urged to immediately dial 911.
