Anaheim man sought in kidnapping attempt of 13-year old girl

A man was allegedly trying to kidnap the girl, 13 years old, as she walked home from Anaheim school on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Anaheim Police Department, the incident took place at 2:45 p.m. when authorities received multiple calls about a man trying force a girl to get into a vehicle in the 2600 block West Ball Road.

A police investigation revealed that the victim was walking back from Dale Jr. high school when she noticed a man seated in a parked car.

The man got out the truck and called the student. He tried to help him. “shove her into the passenger seat of the vehicle,”In a news release, officials stated that they were aware of the situation.

Numerous witnesses called the police, and the man released his victim and drove off.

Fortunately, the victim was not hurt during the incident.

According to the description, the man was 25 years old with a slim build and thin hair. He was wearing a gray hoodie.

The vehicle was described as a white pickup, possibly a Toyota Tundra/Ford F150, and a gray tool box in the truck’s bed.
