After being arrested in San Bernardino, twin brothers are facing child pornography charges

The San Bernardino Police Department released a Monday news release stating that twin brothers from San Bernardino were arrested on suspicion of producing, possessing, and disseminating child pornography.

The release said that the 55-year-old twins (Rami and Rafi Tumeh) were actively searching for illicit child pornography images and downloaded them from the internet.

The Police Department also stated that evidence showed that one of the brothers was engaging in sexual misconduct with children under the age of 18. According to investigators, they believe that the acts occurred overseas.

Both brothers were arrested by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.

The release stated that they were charged with child pornography possession and lewd acts together with a child.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Detective Walton of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force at 909-384-5644 or by email at [email protected]
